We provide housing, water, electricity and transportation
free of charge for workers who live in our farms. The whole
family is cover with health insurance and the workers are
paid minimum legal wages. Kids can go to primary school. The
government pays the teachers and we donate the land to build
the schools.
In the harvest season we can have about 3,000 coffee pickers.
Coffee pickers are paid for the amounts of coffee they pick
a day, some of them can make 3, 4 or 5 times more the minimum
wage.
